Visionaire Eye Care Sets Sights on Overall Health

May 29, 2025

ORANGE, CONNECTICUT, May 29, 2025— Visionaire Eye Care, located at 472 Boston Post Road, Orange, held its official grand opening yesterday, which included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, reception, and a commitment to patients’ overall health.

Dr. Xiuyang Guo, founder and owner of Visionaire Eye Care, was joined by family, friends, and colleagues. Barry Lee Cohen, CEO of the Amity Chamber of Commerce; Orange Selectman Mitch Goldblatt; Annmarie Sliby, Executive Director of the Orange Economic Development Corporation, and Amity Chamber member Marianne Miller of the Orange Lions Club and Orange Players, also participated in the celebration.

A Woodbridge resident, Dr. Guo said, “An eye exam is more than just improving vision—it’s an opportunity to care for a patient’s overall health. Whether slowing myopia progression or fitting specialty contact lenses, my goal is always to provide clear vision and renewed confidence.”

Dr. Guo grew up in China, where he was inspired by his father, a beloved doctor known for his compassion and dedication to his patients. Watching his father build meaningful relationships through care and trust sparked Dr. Guo’s passion for helping others, leading him to pursue a healthcare career.

Cohen said, “Dr. Guo combines his expertise with a genuine love for helping patients see and feel their best. A family-focused practice backed by advanced eye exam technology, Visionaire is a welcome addition to Orange and the surrounding communities.”
